Job Summary
As a QA Analyst at Cronometer, you will play a key role in ensuring our web and mobile features ship reliably and meet a high standard of quality. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, product managers, and Customer Support to identify risks early, investigate user‑reported issues, and help maintain confidence in every release.
Key Responsibilities

- Run regression and smoke testing for releases to confirm fixes and prevent unintended impacts.
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases, data issues, and usability gaps.
- Create and maintain test plans, test notes, and concise release verification summaries.
Defect Discovery and Troubleshooting
- Reproduce and triage customer-reported bugs, including intermittent or difficult-to-reproduce issues.
- Write clear, actionable bug reports including steps to reproduce, expected vs actual results, environment details, and supporting evidence.
- Partner with Customer Support to translate user reports into technical investigations.
- Validate fixes end-to-end and support post-release verification as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate daily with Product, Design, Customer Support, and Engineering to keep work on track and user-focused.
- Participate early in feature development by contributing to scope discussions, risk assessment, acceptance criteria, and test strategy.
