Our luxury vehicle dealership is seeking a Product Advisor to join our Sales Team. This opportunity is ideal for a high performer who is brand-minded, entrepreneurial, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales and delivery process
• Complete all required training programs and maintain product knowledge
• Build, develop, and maintain a customer database
• Stay current on automotive technologies, accessories, and industry programs
• Present vehicle features and benefits, including coordinating test drives
• Coordinate and facilitate vehicle deliveries to ensure a premium handover experience
• Achieve monthly sales objectives and performance targets

Qualifications

• Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn
• Eligible to work full-time in Canada
• Previous sales and/or customer service experience
• Strong time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and dealership software (training provided)
• Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver’s licence
