We have a great opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented PDR(paintless dent repair) Technician to join our team at Crown Autobody and Glass located at Waverly Automall. As a PDR Technician, you will be responsible for repairing dents, dings, and hail damage on vehicles using paintless dent repair techniques. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure top-quality results while maintaining customer satisfaction and vehicle integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform paintless dent repairs on a variety of vehicles (door dings, minor creases, hail damage, etc.)
  • Inspect vehicles and accurately assess damage
  • Use specialized tools to remove dents without compromising the paint finish
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Ensure timely completion of repairs to meet customer expectations and deadlines


Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in paintless dent repair or equivalent training
  • I-CAR or other industry certifications is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of dent repair tools and techniques
  • Experience with hail repair volume work
  • Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive manual transmissions
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Physical ability to work on your feet and perform repetitive tasks
