About the Role
~1 min readJoin Crusoe's Finance team, reporting to the Director of Finance, Manufacturing. You will serve as an embedded "on-the-floor" operational and strategic finance partner to Manufacturing leadership, translate operational drivers into clear financial impacts and actionable business recommendations. We're seeking a commercially-minded and results-driven finance professional who is inspired to challenge the status quo and act as a co-pilot in steering the business towards its financial goals.
Requirements
~1 min readOnsite across Manufacturing locations at least 2 days/week, primarily Arvada; some light travel necessary
Strong manufacturing finance background with working knowledge of Cost Accounting
6+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 2+ years supporting a business unit P&L
Capital budgeting & resource planning experience
Advanced financial modeling skills and ability to build driver-based models, sensitivity analyses, and complex operational scenarios from the ground up.
Strong business acumen; able to connect financial analysis to operational and strategic levers.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex operational data into clear financial insights and executive-ready narratives.
Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment. You don't wait to be asked; you readily identify problems, instinctively seek solutions, and take ownership of outcomes.
Experience in a high-growth technology, infrastructure, energy, or data center environment strongly preferred.
Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills with ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica, Oracle, SAP) and financial planning/BI tools experience
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related analytical field; MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with project management and technical teams to translate project-specific updates into financial impact analysis.
