The Paint Lead is responsible for applying industrial paint finishes on metals or manufactured products. You will mix paints and other solutions, monitor drying and quality to ensure desired results. Overall, the paint lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of painting projects by overseeing all aspects of the painting process, from planning and coordination to execution and quality control.

• Apprenticeship and/or formal training in production painting is a plus.

• Understanding and good use of technology a plus.
