About the Role
~1 min readThe Cloud Storage team at Crusoe is looking for a Software Engineer I to join our team building and operating cloud storage infrastructure. This is a great opportunity for an early-career engineer to grow their skills in distributed systems and storage engineering while contributing to high-performance, scalable, and reliable storage solutions. You'll work alongside experienced engineers, learning cloud storage primitives and storage engineering concepts as you take on increasingly independent ownership of features and projects.
Nice to Have
~1 min readCoursework, personal projects, or internship experience involving storage technologies (e.g., NVMe, SSDs) or distributed systems.
Exposure to storage protocols such as NFS, SMB, iSCSI, or NVMe-oF.
Any contributions to open source projects (school-related or personal).
Basic understanding of networking concepts (physical or software-defined).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
