Crusoe is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic Cloud Readiness team. This is a critical position designed to drive the expansion and operational excellence of our sustainable data center infrastructure. You will take the lead on complex, onsite deployment projects, serving as the bridge between infrastructure development and live operations. Your work will directly impact Crusoe’s ability to scale our climate-aligned computing power by ensuring every new site is primed for high-performance execution.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a deep background in data center infrastructure and a proven track record of managing large-scale technical deployments. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of site readiness, from initial planning through final handover.
