About the Role
~1 min readCrusoe is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Workplace Manager to lead operations for our growing San Francisco office. In this highly visible, hands-on role, you will partner closely with the Regional Workplace Manager and cross-functional teams to oversee daily office operations, support expansion efforts, and deliver an exceptional workplace experience for a rapidly scaling employee population.
As Crusoe continues to grow its headcount and geographic footprint, you will help build strong operational foundations, manage and develop a workplace team, and ensure the office functions as a dynamic, well-run hub for collaboration and productivity. This role requires strong operational judgment, ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in San Francisco, requiring five days per week on-site.
5+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, or office operations roles within fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.
Demonstrated experience owning day-to-day office operations and supporting office growth or expansion initiatives.
Strong vendor management and facilities oversight experience.
Experience managing budgets and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with People, IT, Security, and Finance teams.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong ownership and follow-through.
Comfortable operating autonomously and making sound decisions in a dynamic environment.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach and develop teams
Passion for creating engaging, inclusive, and high-performing workplace environments.
