Reports to: Vice President of Product and UX
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah (Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite)
This is a role for someone early in their product career who is hungry to own real work, develop sharp instincts, and grow fast. You will not be shuffling tickets. You will be close to the data, close to customers, and close to decisions that directly affect revenue and retention. We will invest in your development and we expect you to invest in the work.
At six to twelve months, success looks like shipping meaningful improvements, building credibility with your cross-functional partners, and developing a clear point of view on what we should build next and why.

- Recruiter Screen – We'll reach out to schedule a conversation and introduce Backcountry.
- Take-Home Challenge – Complete a short product or analytical problem so we can see how you think.
- Leadership Interviews – Deep-dive conversations with Backcountry leadership focused on your experience, product mindset, and operational thinking.
- In-Person Interview – We'd like to meet you. Details and logistics will be arranged with your recruiter.
- Reference Checks – We'll ask for professional references and conduct checks in parallel with final steps.
- Offer – We move fast for the right candidate.
