As our Director of Corporate Development, you will serve as the primary architect of CSC Generation's inorganic growth strategy — owning the full M&A lifecycle from sourcing and thesis development through diligence, negotiation, and post-merger integration. This role exists because we are actively expanding our portfolio and need a senior operator who can both build the pipeline and execute against it with speed and rigor.
You will work directly with the CEO and executive team to evaluate strategic partnerships, acquisition targets, and investment opportunities across the retail and consumer landscape. At 6–12 months, success means a structured deal pipeline with clear investment theses, at least one transaction moved through diligence or closed, and integration frameworks that allow acquired brands to plug into the Genesis platform without disruption.

- Hiring Manager Interview: A focused conversation with the CEO covering your M&A experience, deal philosophy, and how you think about corporate development strategy.
- Technical / Case Exercise: You will work through a deal scenario or investment thesis exercise relevant to the role — this helps us understand how you structure thinking and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Interviews: Conversations with key stakeholders across finance, operations, and brand leadership to assess collaborative fit and strategic alignment.
- In-Person Interview: A final on-site meeting at one of our offices with executive leadership. We want to make sure you experience our team and culture firsthand.
- Reference Checks: Conducted in parallel with the final stages.
