Architecture Engineer

The Architecture Engineer reviews the architectural aspects of project buildings and structures within the solar PV and BESS program, ensuring that the EPC contractor's architectural designs comply with functional requirements, local building codes, fire safety standards, and project specifications.

• →Review EPC contractor architectural drawings and specifications for substation buildings, control rooms, guard houses, O&M buildings, and welfare facilities.
• →Assess compliance of architectural designs with applicable building codes, fire safety requirements, and project specifications.
• →Review finishes schedules, door and window schedules, and internal layout arrangements.
• →Coordinate architectural review with civil and structural engineering to ensure interface alignment.
• →Prepare formal architectural review comments and responses to EPC contractor submittals.
• →Review fire protection and life safety layouts for all project buildings.
• →Assess contractor requests for architectural design deviations and material substitutions.
• →Support site visits for architectural inspections when required.
• →Produce architectural review sections within Owner's Engineer engineering audit reports.
• →Maintain the architectural submittal register in coordination with the Document Controller.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of professional architectural experience; industrial or power facility experience preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Knowledge of building codes and fire safety standards.
• Good technical report writing and communication skills.
