Responsibilities

→5-10 years of experience as a software engineer, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, taking initiative to drive results.
→Background in infrastructure or platform development is preferred.
→Enthusiastic about learning new codebases, and making changes in large complex systems safely and efficiently.
→Proficiency in Java or GoLang programming languages. We’re looking for engineers who are comfortable with either language and have experience building high-performance systems.
→Familiarity with Azure and GCP cloud environments, and deployment tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
→Experience in real estate, food technology, or related industries is a bonus, though not required. A passion for solving complex problems in these sectors is key.

This role is based in our Austin office. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we’re in the marketplace of ideas and innovation. When you’re constantly innovating, changing how an industry works, inventing new products and processes - and we are doing all these things - we believe we’re better as a team in person. That’s why all of our teams (except for our field-based roles) are now working from one of our office locations 5 days a week.

The base salary range for this role is $167,000 - $230,000 per year.

Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.
