About the Role

Examples of course offerings include, but are not limited to, Introduction to Engineering, Electrical Circuit Analysis, Statics, Dynamics, Logic Circuits, Electronics, Embedded systems, Digital Systems Design, Modeling Mechatronics Systems, and/or Mobile Robotics.
Requirements

- Applicants should demonstrate the ability to effectively engage with a broad student population and provide mentorship that supports student academic success.
- Ph.D in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related discipline) from an accredited institution
- 3+ years of teaching experience within a college or industry setting
- 3+ years of industry experience in the engineering field
Primary responsibilities are to teach undergraduate courses in Mechatronics Engineering and advise students within the classroom setting. Faculty are also expected to participate in assessment activities, including collection of data required for ABET accreditation.
