Responsibilities

- →Coordinate schedules and route plans for efficiency and timely delivery/service
- →Receive and prioritize calls or requests for service, shipments, or assistance
- →Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via various communication channels.
- →Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently
- →Collaborate and coordinate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service.
- →Strive consistently to ensure customer satisfaction and provide high-quality customer support.
- →Maintain a strong work ethic and willingness to take on additional hours during peak periods.
- →Be willing to work overtime, including weekends, as needed to meet operational demands.
(Overtime is paid at 1.5x the regular base rate.)
Requirements
~1 min read- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Multitasking & time management under pressure
- Problem-solving skills for route changes, emergencies, and conflicts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of industry-specific regulations.
- Familiarity with dispatching software, TMSd manage time effectively.
- Ability to communicate in Korean or Spanish is a plus
