Job Summary

Culligan Water is seeking an individual with experience working in a fast-paced environment providing high level of customer service. The Customer Service Representative works directly with customers to discuss scheduling, billing, processing payment, resolve problems, and meet related needs. To be a successful Customer Service Representative, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Extensive problem-solving and helping to manage customer accounts
Schedule service and delivery orders
Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
Strong phone skills
Able to multi-task and follow up on daily task
Experience in appointment routing preferred but will train the right person.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Must have In-Office customer experience
Call Center experience preferred but willing to train the right person
Minimum of two years of In-Office customer service experience required
Strong time management and project management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Must provide prior Work Reference
