Position Overview

As a Service & Installation Technician, you'll install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial water treatment systems, including water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, and filtration equipment. Every day brings a new challenge as you diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and help customers get the most from their water treatment systems.

This role combines hands-on technical work with customer service, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and making a positive impact in customers' homes and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Install, service, and repair Culligan water treatment equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose mechanical or operational issues.
Conduct water quality testing and recommend appropriate treatment solutions when needed.
Educate customers on the operation, maintenance, and benefits of their water treatment systems.
Complete service documentation accurately using company systems.
Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude during every service call.
Follow company safety standards and installation procedures.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, office staff, and fellow team members.
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized manner.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, construction, maintenance, or a related mechanical field is preferred but not required. We provide training for the right candidate.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
Ability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility as needed.

Competitive hourly pay is based on experience, between $19.00 - $21.00 with overtime opportunities.
