General Maintenance

RESPONSIBILITIES: The General Maintenance responsibilities will include emergency repair and preventative maintenance service for all Academy buildings. Services provided include major and minor electrical and plumbing repair and general building maintenance. Additional responsibilities for this position include keeping accurate records of all repair activity as well as keeping the supervisor informed of all major maintenance problems as they arise. REQUIREMENTS: Position requirements include a High School Diploma/HSE, post high school vocational training is desired. Applicants must possess a valid Indiana driver’s license, have the ability to lift 50+lbs, and be physically capable of accessing all campus areas and buildings which may require extensive walking and or climbing stairs.
