Security Officer - Part Time

As a Part-Time Security Officer at our Curaleaf cultivation facility, you will:

• →Protect the facility by walking the property, checking buildings, equipment, and access points, and making sure all doors and gates are locked and secure
• →Watch surveillance cameras and other security systems to spot any issues or unusual activity
• →Check and maintain security equipment by doing routine tests, making small adjustments, reporting problems, and helping evaluate new tools or technology
• →Control access by greeting and authorizing employees, visitors, and deliveries entering or leaving the facility
• →Investigate concerns and report anything suspicious to the Security Manager or local police as needed
• →Respond to alarms quickly and follow established procedures to keep everyone safe
• →Complete accurate reports and keep records up to date, making sure all documentation is clear and turned in on time

• You have a valid driver’s license for the state where you are applying
• You are at least 25 years old
• You have previous experience in security, safety, law enforcement, or the military
• You know how to stay calm, communicate clearly, and de-escalate conflicts in everyday or emergency situations
• You have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• You can work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays
