Asset Officer Mobile Assets

• Demonstrated experience in asset management frameworks and systems including program supervision, coordination and data management
• Demonstrated experience liaising with and coordinating staff or contractors undertaking asset maintenance and construction activities.
• Knowledge of and experience in the application of construction codes, safe work practices and risk management in the construction and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure.
• Demonstrated understanding of financial reporting requirements for capital projects as well as an understanding of risk management principles as they apply to maintenance and construction of infrastructure and assets.
• Understanding of the legislation applying to protected area management, contract management, Workplace Health and Safety, construction standards and environmental planning.
• A current Australian drivers licence.
