• Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $113,574 to $125,720 + super

Join Property & Development NSW (PDNSW), the NSW Government's central property agency, and help deliver projects that create better places, stronger communities and lasting public value across the state.

As a Business Advisor, you'll provide financial expertise and business support across a diverse portfolio of property and development projects. Working closely with project teams and stakeholders, you'll contribute to project set-up, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and performance analysis, helping ensure informed decision-making and successful project delivery. Your work will provide valuable insights that support the effective management of public assets and investment outcomes that benefit the people of NSW.

In this collaborative and fast-paced role, you'll partner with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver accurate financial information, monitor project performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. You'll prepare financial and management reports, analyse trends and risks, contribute to budgeting and reforecasting activities, and support the ongoing integrity of financial systems, processes and data.
