- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $102,936 to $113,579 + super
About the Role
~1 min read- Experience providing administrative, business support or finance support services in a busy office environment.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Sound administration and financial processing skills, including experience with purchase orders, procurement processes, reconciliations, records management or similar business support activities.
- Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to provide responsive and professional support to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records, systems and documentation.
- Experience using business systems, financial systems and technology to improve efficiency and support operational outcomes.
- A customer-focused and collaborative approach, with the ability to build positive working relationships and contribute to team success.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and adapt to changing workloads while maintaining quality outcomes.
- A proactive mindset, with the confidence to identify improvements, solve problems and take accountability for delivering results.
- Understanding of financial processes, compliance requirements and value-for-money principles would be highly regarded.
