As Customer Service Coordinator, you will lead from the front to deliver a consistently positive experience for every visitor. You will support your team to provide clear and accurate information about activities, memberships and events, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to membership growth and retention.

 

You will thrive in a busy, customer-focused environment where no two days are the same. Drawing on your sound judgement, adaptability and people skills, you will respond to diverse customer needs, balance competing priorities and work with a range of stakeholders to keep services running smoothly and create experiences people remember for the right reasons.

Responsibilities

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members

Requirements
