- Apply data governance principles and data management practices in a practical and organised way.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation and data registers with strong attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across a range of business areas to support data quality and governance outcomes.
- Analyse information, identify issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage competing priorities while delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge, skills or experience in data governance, including maintaining key data assets.
- Experience profiling data and supporting data mapping or data catalogue activities.
- Knowledge of whole-of-government data policies.
- Experience using SQL or similar database management tools.
