- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $149,739 to $173,174 + super
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Extensive experience in audit and risk management, ideally within large or complex organisations, with the ability to step in and operate effectively from day one
- →Strong knowledge of audit and risk frameworks, governance processes and statutory requirements, including experience working with Audit Offices/Audit And Risk Committees, and senior stakeholders
- →Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver audit and risk programs, including coordinating audits, managing compliance requirements and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- →Proven capability to analyse risk insights and translate them into practical actions, improving systems, processes and organisational capability
- →Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence influencing and advising senior executives and working collaboratively across multiple business areas
- →Strong written and communication skills, including preparing high‑level briefings, reports and governance documentation
- →Experience leading or mentoring staff, with a collaborative and hands‑on leadership style in a lean team environment
- →A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset, able to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a high‑volume, evolving environment
Requirements
