~1 min read- →Demonstrated experience leading operational service delivery functions in a complex environment, with a focus on quality, performance and customer outcomes.
- →Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, evaluate complex issues and implement practical solutions.
- →Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical information and influence outcomes across multiple teams.
- →Proven leadership capability, including developing staff, managing competing priorities and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent relevant experience in property data management services or a similar field.
- Experience implementing governance, quality assurance and performance reporting frameworks.
- Current Australian Driver Licence.
A recruitment pool may be created for ongoing and temporary opportunities of the same role or role type that may become available over the next 18 months
