~1 min readIn this role, you will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of business processes that support valuation products and services across Value NSW. Working closely with teams across the organisation, you will drive operational excellence, strengthen coordination and administration practices, and identify opportunities to improve service delivery for customers and stakeholders.
You will oversee business process management, financial administration and reporting activities while supporting strategic and operational decision-making. The role plays a key part in ensuring valuation products and services are delivered efficiently, consistently and in accordance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Demonstrated experience in business process management, product management or operational service delivery within a complex environment.
- →Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions.
- →Experience managing financial administration, reporting requirements, business controls and governance processes.
- →Proven ability to lead projects and business improvement initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.
- →Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build productive relationships and influence outcomes across diverse groups.
- →Experience leading and supporting teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
