  • Based at Sydney Olympic Park (on-site)
  • Salary : $77,136 plus super and weekend shift penalty rates

Responsibilities

  • Effective planning and coordination skills for managing events across various aquatic disciplines while maintaining leisure facility operations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and provide timely solutions for operational incidents or issues.
  • Excellent risk and safety management skills to ensure the safety of patrons, clients, and tenants.
  • Ability to supervise and develop a team, providing clear performance standards and constructive feedback.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in using technology to maximize efficiencies and effectiveness in operations.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer-focused services and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Aquatic Technical Operator certificate (SISSS00131) or equivalent or willingness to obtain in 6 months
  • Current - Pool Lifeguard qualifications recognised in NSW (SISSS00133)
  • Provide First Aid (HLTAID 011)
  • Provide CPR (HLTAID009)
  • A Working with Children Check (WWCC) is an essential requirement for this role. The role has been identified as requiring a check in keeping with the Child Protection (Working With Children) Act 2012
  • This role follows a shift roster and weekend work will be required
