Pool Operations Supervisor SOP

- Salary : $77,136 plus super and weekend shift penalty rates
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Effective planning and coordination skills for managing events across various aquatic disciplines while maintaining leisure facility operations.
- →Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and provide timely solutions for operational incidents or issues.
- →Excellent risk and safety management skills to ensure the safety of patrons, clients, and tenants.
- →Ability to supervise and develop a team, providing clear performance standards and constructive feedback.
- →Strong communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- →Proficiency in using technology to maximize efficiencies and effectiveness in operations.
- →Commitment to delivering high-quality customer-focused services and continuous improvement.
Requirements
~3 min read- Aquatic Technical Operator certificate (SISSS00131) or equivalent or willingness to obtain in 6 months
- Current - Pool Lifeguard qualifications recognised in NSW (SISSS00133)
- Provide First Aid (HLTAID 011)
- Provide CPR (HLTAID009)
- A Working with Children Check (WWCC) is an essential requirement for this role. The role has been identified as requiring a check in keeping with the Child Protection (Working With Children) Act 2012
- This role follows a shift roster and weekend work will be required
