Pool Operations Supervisor

• Ongoing full-time opportunity now open for passionate Pool Operations Supervisors
• Based at Sydney Olympic Park (on-site)
• Salary : $77,136 plus super and weekend shift penalty rates

• →Effective planning and coordination skills for managing events across various aquatic disciplines while maintaining leisure facility operations.
• →Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and provide timely solutions for operational incidents or issues.
• →Excellent risk and safety management skills to ensure the safety of patrons, clients, and tenants.
• →Ability to supervise and develop a team, providing clear performance standards and constructive feedback.
• →Strong communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• →Proficiency in using technology to maximize efficiencies and effectiveness in operations.
• →Commitment to delivering high-quality customer-focused services and continuous improvement.

• Aquatic Technical Operator certificate (SISSS00131) or equivalent or willingness to obtain in 6 months
• Current - Pool Lifeguard qualifications recognised in NSW (SISSS00133)
• Provide First Aid (HLTAID 011)
• Provide CPR (HLTAID009)
• A Working with Children Check (WWCC) is an essential requirement for this role. The role has been identified as requiring a check in keeping with the Child Protection (Working With Children) Act 2012
• This role follows a shift roster and weekend work will be required
