- Based in Parramatta NSW, hybrid working supported
- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $113,574 to $125,720 pa plus superannuation.
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Project Officer to join the GreenPower team and support the delivery of one of Australia's most established renewable energy certification programs.
This role blends project management, digital communications, marketing activities, and stakeholder engagement, contributing to initiatives that support renewable energy and the transition to a low-emissions future.
You will play a key role in coordinating projects, delivering communications, and supporting program outcomes—ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
In this role you will:
- Lead GreenPower’s digital communications and marketing, working collaboratively with the Marketing Manager and the broader GreenPower team, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Manage and optimise the GreenPower website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and customer-centric, in collaboration with digital agency partners
- Develop and deliver communications content including EDMs, LinkedIn, and stakeholder communications
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, track progress against milestones, risks, and deliverables, and provide clear status updates
Current priorities include delivering a new GreenPower website to improve customer experience, producing the annual report, and developing communications that help energy retailers drive GreenPower uptake.

You’re a highly organised and adaptable professional with strong project and communication skills, and an interest in clean energy and sustainability. You will bring:
- Experience in project support or coordination, ideally within government, energy, or infrastructure sectors
- Strong skills in report writing, data analysis, and documentation management
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to develop clear, accurate, and customer-focused communications across a range of formats
- Experience with digital communications (websites, EDMs, social media)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Interest or experience in renewable energy, sustainability, or hydrogen programs (highly regarded)
Requirements
