You'll lead complex development, transaction and advisory projects that deliver positive social, economic and environmental outcomes for the people of NSW. Working across government, you'll partner with senior stakeholders, clients and industry experts to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges and drive projects from strategy through to delivery.

- Proven experience leading complex property development and or construction projects,
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, project leadership and problem-solving capability.
- Tertiary qualifications in a business, property and construction management related discipline or equivalent experience.
