Responsibilities

→Significant experience leading compliance, governance, contract management, audit or regulatory functions within a complex environment.
→Strong understanding of information governance, compliance frameworks and legislative obligations relating to information access, privacy, contracts or data management.
→Proven ability to provide strategic advice on complex and sensitive issues and influence decision-making at senior levels.
→Experience developing organisational policies, frameworks and governance arrangements that balance compliance obligations with operational outcomes.
→Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across government, industry and executive audiences.
→Demonstrated leadership capability, including building high-performing teams, mentoring staff and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

Tertiary qualifications in Law or significant relevant experience in the interpretation and application of legal principles.
Current Australian driver licence and willingness to travel.
