Play a key role in shaping how NSW plans for future waste and circular infrastructure. You'll provide expert planning advice, work closely with industry and government partners, and help progress projects that support long-term landfill capacity, sustainable environmental outcomes and a transition to the circular economy.

Working across complex and high-profile initiatives, you'll guide proponents through planning pathways, manage diverse stakeholder relationships, consider the needs and drivers for waste management across a growing Greater Sydney population and help deliver practical solutions that balance community needs, environmental outcomes and project delivery.

• →Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes across government agencies, industry partners and diverse stakeholder groups.
• →Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to assess complex planning issues, identify risks and develop practical solutions that support project progression.
• →Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear and practical advice for a range of audiences.
• →Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes while effectively engaging stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and navigating complex regulatory environments.

• Degree in planning, or relevant discipline and relevant professional experience
• A current and valid NSW drivers licence
