DCCEEW is looking for a highly capable Senior Partner Organisational Development to lead enterprise-wide programs that strengthen employee experience, performance, talent and culture across the Department.
As a trusted organisational development specialist, you will manage and deliver strategic programs that enhance employee engagement, performance and workforce capability. You'll work across People, Culture & Safety and the broader business to design frameworks, analyse workforce insights and implement solutions that improve the employee experience across the organisation.
Key areas of focus include:
- Performance management and development frameworks
- Talent management and succession planning
- Employee recognition programs and frameworks
- Employee listening and experience programs, including PMES, pulse surveys, onboarding surveys, exit surveys and other employee feedback mechanisms
- Employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Workforce insights, reporting and organisational development projects
We're seeking an experienced Organisational Development professional with a proven track record delivering complex programs across areas such as performance, talent and succession, recognition, and employee experience. You'll be a strategic thinker who can translate business priorities into impactful people initiatives, using data-driven insights to influence decisions and improve organisational outcomes.
- Experience leading OD programs in across either performance, talent and succession, recognition, or employee experience/listening frameworks
- Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver outcomes in complex environments
- Proven success influencing senior stakeholders and building trusted partnerships
- Excellent communication skills, including developing briefings, concept papers and executive reports
- Strong analytical capability, with experience interpreting data and presenting insights and recommendations to senior audiences
- Relevant HR, Organisational Development or related qualifications, or equivalent significant experience.
