Senior Systems Integration Analyst

You’ll work at the intersection of business and technology, analysing how DCA services, systems and processes operate end to end. By working closely with service areas and stakeholders, you’ll capture business needs, map processes and define clear requirements that support service design, automation and continuous improvement across DCA’s digital landscape. 

You’ll work directly with digital teams to translate those requirements into innovative, user-friendly, end-to-end digital systems and solutions that drive efficiency and directly support the people and work across the entire DCA organisation. You’ll also develop DCA’s long-term digital roadmap, identifying initiatives that drive ongoing improvement to DCA’s digital infrastructure.

  Degree qualification in a related relevant discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
