Support strategic property acquisitions that help deliver housing, infrastructure and vibrant communities for NSW. You'll provide analysis, coordinate complex transactions and work with a diverse range of stakeholders to enable informed decisions that create lasting community impact.

 

In this role you'll balance multiple priorities while ensuring acquisition activities are accurate, compliant and delivered on time. Your work will directly contribute to shaping places where people live, work and connect.

  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and achieve positive outcomes across government, industry and community stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information, provide insights and support evidence-based decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accuracy and deliver high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare clear reports, present recommendations and engage effectively with diverse audiences.

 

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent relevant professional experience.
