The Harvey Norman Auburn Flagship Store is seeking a passionate, customer-focused Cashier to join our Front of House team and help us deliver Great Service, Always!

As a Front of House Cashier at our flagship store, you’ll be one of the first and last people our customers interact with. You’ll create a welcoming environment, process transactions accurately and help ensure every customer receives professional and efficient service.

This is more than a traditional cashier position. Working at our Auburn flagship store means supporting customers, resolving enquiries and coordinating with departments across a large and fast-paced retail environment.

Your responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the Harvey Norman Auburn Flagship Store
• Deliver friendly, professional and efficient Front of House service
• Process cash, card and other transactions accurately
• Operate the point-of-sale system and provide relevant documentation
• Respond to customer enquiries and direct customers to the appropriate department
• Handle customer concerns calmly and work towards practical solutions
• Coordinate with sales, administration and management teams throughout the flagship store.
• Maintain an organised and professional Front of House area
• Follow cash-handling, security and store procedures
• Create a positive final impression for every flagship-store customer

• Cash-handling, POS or customer-service experience, which is desirable
• Flexibility across retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays and late-night trade
