Join our team as a Franna Operator, bringing your civil construction experience, proven formwork capability, strong safety and teamwork standards to help deliver major infrastructure projects with accuracy, reliability, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Conducting pre-start inspections of the crane and lifting equipment
- →Operating the crane safely withing its rated capacity and load charts
- →Communicating effectively with Doggers, riggers, spotters and Site Supervisors.
- →Monitor Weather, ground conditions, Overhead power lines and any other hazards
- →Performing routine maintenance checks and reporting defects immediately
- →Follow workplace health and safety procedures, site rules and relevant regulations
- →Completing required documentation such as pre-operational checklist, lift records and incident reports
- →Securing the crane when not in use and ensuring equipment is stored safely
- →Participating in toolbox talks and safety meetings.
