Responsible for providing support of HSEQ compliance, management plans and procedures across a range of Construction and Remediation projects
- Assist project teams in the preparation and implementation of HSEQ documentation, including Management Plans and Risk Assessments
- Manage incidents and prepare investigation reports using the ICAM methodology
- Administer incident and hazard reporting processes in accordance with company procedures
- Support management in promoting a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace culture
- Conduct regular HSEQ site inspections and audits, ensuring compliance and identifying improvement opportunities
- Coach site teams on the effective delivery of pre‑start meetings and toolbox talks
- Coordinate HSEQ training programs, including maintaining competency standards and training records
- Analyse HSEQ performance data, contribute to reporting, and support system updates and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) to accredited standards
- Compile project‑specific HSEQ documentation to support tender submissions when required
- Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in a dedicated HSE Advisor role
- Australian citizenship, required for access to Defence project sites
- Exposure to Facade and fit‑out works (highly desirable)
- Demonstrated experience developing and reviewing; HSE Management Plans, SWMS, JHAs, Audit documentation
- A solid understanding of Quality Management processes
- Strong ability to work autonomously, managing workload and supporting multiple project teams effectively
- Tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety or a related discipline
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
