Duratec are seeking skilled, safety‑driven professionals to join our team across a range of infrastructure, refurbishment, and maintenance projects throughout the Goldfields, Boddington and Perth metro areas.

Rates: $42.90 -$44.00
Advanced Scaffolders:
- Advanced Scaffold HRWL
- White Card
- Experience leading scaffold crews on site
- Current working at heights
Rates: $42.90-$46.00
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Erect, modify and dismantle various types of Scaffolding
- →Assist other teams where required
- →Participate in Toolbox and safety meetings
- →Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on site
- →Adhere to safe work practices
- →Industrial spray painting
- →Abrasive blasting operations
- →Protective coating applications
- →Assist other teams where required
- →Operate a range of machinery (e.g. excavators, loaders, skid steers/pozzi track, rollers, telehandlers, trucks and water carts)
- →Machine control experience
- →Service trench excavation and backfill
- →Working in and around services (Brownfields environment)
- →Temporary works, shoring boxes, sheet piling
- →Perform general labouring and site duties as required
- →Assist with earthworks, trenching, and site preparation
- →Load, move, and place materials safely
- →Conduct pre-start checks and basic maintenance on equipment
- →Participate in Toolbox and safety meetings
- →Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on site
- →Adhere to safe work practices
- →Assemble and install new supports/structural members to existing infrastructure
- →Inspect and identify areas in need of repair, or any malfunctions/damage
- →Read and interpret engineering drawings, welding procedures and project schedules
- →Carry out fabrication, maintenance and upgrades as required
- →Completion of sign off documentation as required
- →Support the onsite team with daily operational tasks
- →Participate in Toolbox and safety meetings
- →Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on site
- →Adhere to safe work practices
What you'll need:
- Experience working to industrial coating specifications
- White Card
- Certificate III in Surface Preparation and Coating Application OR Trade Certificate within the painting industry is desirable.
Rates: $40-$45
What you'll need:
- Experience loading trucks
- White Card
- Nationally accredited loader ticket
Rates: $40-$42.50
What you'll need:
- Experience in fabrication and welding processes
- White card
- Trade qualification in Metal Fabrication, Boilermaking, Welding or similar
