Harvey Norman^® is one of Australia’s most iconic retail brands and the Harvey Norman^® Online Franchisee provides the online and digital offering for the Harvey Norman^®, Domayne^® and Joyce Mayne^® brands across Australia. 

Based on site at our corporate office in Homebush West and reporting to the Head of Innovation, you will have the autonomy to drive projects forward while working closely with the UX team to deliver digital improvements. You will leverage AI to build interactive prototypes, automate research, and generate insights enabling the business to make fast, data-driven decisions and transition validated ideas into scalable solutions.

You will; 

• Partner with the UX team to transform wireframes and concepts into dynamic, interactive prototypes using AI-generated front-end code. 
• Develop and package prototypes to demo experiences for stakeholder presentations and usability testing. 
• Build and manage AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio to monitor competitor activity and emerging digital trends. 
• Create testable, insight-driven demos to support concept validation and executive decision-making. 
• Automate research workflows and consolidate insights from multiple data sources to inform continuous improvement. 

You will be an enthusiastic graduate or early-career professional who enjoys using AI tools to turn ideas into real outcomes. You like testing ideas, solving problems, and finding better ways to improve customer experiences. 

You will also have; 

• Built AI agents, workflows, or automations (Copilot Studio, Zapier, n8n, etc.).
• Experimented with AI-assisted coding tools like Claude, v0, or Cursor. 
• Basic understanding of web structure (HTML/CSS) and structured data (JSON).
