Join our growing Energy Projects team as a Project Administrator / Document Controller, supporting the successful delivery of renewable energy projects. You'll play a key role in managing project documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance and seamless project execution

As a Project Administrator / Document Controller, you'll support project teams by managing document control systems, coordinating project administration, recording meeting minutes, arranging travel and accommodation, onboarding suppliers, and maintaining accurate project and drawing records to ensure successful project delivery

  • Provide administration and coordination support to senior managers and the broader project team.
  • Manage project document control systems and registers.
  • Receive, issue, distribute and track project documentation.
  • Maintain document numbering, revision control and project filing structures.
  • Control the submission and approval process for drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate transmittals and document workflows between project teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors.
  • Monitor compliance obligations, renewals and training.
  • Support the management of quality records, inspection records and project handover documentation.
  • Ensure project records are maintained in accordance with client, contractual and company requirements.
  • Assist project teams with document management procedures and system compliance.
  • Support the compilation of completion dossiers and project close-out documentation.
  • Previous experience in a Document Controller, Project Administrator or Project Support role.
  • Experience working within construction, engineering, infrastructure, utilities or energy projects.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience using Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, TeamBinder, InEight or similar document management systems(Highly regarded)
  • Understanding of quality management systems and project handover requirements(highly regarded)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, registers, and compliance records.
  • A professional approach with the Client, internal personnel and stakeholders.
