Responsible for leading quality assurance and quality control activities across tenders and projects, ensuring compliance with Duratec’s QMS, ISO 9001 standards, and contractual requirements. Drives audits, inspections, continuous improvement initiatives, non-conformance management, and quality planning to support right-first-time project delivery.
- Lead quality assurance and quality control activities across tenders and projects.
- Develop and implement Quality Management Plans (QMPs), ITPs, and quality documentation.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage non-conformances, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.
- Support project teams and subcontractors to achieve quality and handover requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned, and quality training initiatives.
- 5+ years’ experience in a quality, engineering, or construction environment.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001.
- Experience conducting audits, inspections, and quality reviews.
- Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and promote a culture of quality.
