We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Retail All-Rounder to join our Bondi Junction Electrical team, supporting our online and in-store operations while developing skills across multiple areas of the business.

• Support store operations across stock management, ticketing, and merchandising
• Fulfil online and Click & Collect orders with accuracy and same-day turnaround
• Liaise with online customers and the Harvey Norman Online team to manage enquiries, back orders, and resolve issues promptly
• Assist with daily stock replenishment, stock running, and back-of-house organisation
• Provide Great Service, Always! both in person and online
• Maintain store presentation standards — pristine, premium, and always up-to-date with fast-moving pricing

You’ll play a key role in supporting the back-end operations of one of Sydney’s busiest electrical stores, while gaining valuable retail and operational experience.

You’ll bring:

• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Flexibility to work weekends, late-night trade and public holidays

• Hours: Part-time, including weekends and public holidays
