Duratec, is an ASX listed construction contractor and offer a wide range of career opportunities in construction, remediation, and infrastructure.
The Duratec recruitment team hire across both wages and salaried roles and manage the full recruitment process end-to-end including employment contracts for Duratec, and its subsidiaries.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage a national blue-collar dashboard with a mix of roles: Blaster Painters, Supervisors, Boilermakers, Concreters
- →Prepare and post job advertisements
- →Source candidates via a variety of search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent
- →Screen and shortlist suitable candidates
- →Arrange, book and participate in interviews
- →Support onboarding activity including identification verification, reference checks, and police clearances
- →Prepare and manage employment contracts for all new hires, ensuring compliance and clarity across all roles
- →Award interpretation
- →Liaise closely with hiring managers and HR team members
- →Maintain records in the electronic applicant tracking system, PageUp
You will be a confident communicator with strong influential skills, who can manage multiple stakeholders and large volumes of recruitment.
- Experience in wages/blue collar recruitment whether in house or an agency
- Naturally you are proactive, and a self-starter
- You can identify next steps in the process and action it without prompt
- Experience in facilitating interviews, using applicant tracking systems, and pre employment medicals
