The Harvey Norman @ Domayne Alexandria Small Appliances/White goods Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Manager to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a Manager, you have an understanding of retail management and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.

· Experience in retail management 
· Someone who is proactive, self motivated and can take ownership of your department
·  A high level of Small Appliances/white goods  product knowledge to support customer queries
·  Have the ability to assist with coaching, leading and motivating an enthusiastic team
·  Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
·  Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
·  Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate
services
·  Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
·  Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
