About the Role
~1 min readAs the Head of EMEA Field Marketing, you are the chief marketing architect of our go-to-market engine across the Enterprise and Strategic teams. You will lead a high-performing team of Field Marketing Managers to design, execute, and optimize regional marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue.
We are looking for a player-coach who is as comfortable interpreting a dashboard as they are commanding a room during a QBR. If you think business-first, are outcome-obsessed and thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments, we want to talk.
Responsibilities
~1 min readContinuously optimize: Develop feedback loops and refinement processes that improve investment efficiency and program performance.
Budget Ownership: Manage the EMEA roll-up budget, ensuring every dollar is allocated toward high-impact activities.
Proven people leader: 10+ years of progressive leadership experience with a track record of building, scaling, and inspiring high-performing marketing teams.
Coaching excellence: Demonstrated ability to develop talent, drive career growth, and create environments where top performers thrive.
Change management prowess: Ability to lead organizational transformation, drive adoption of new processes, and navigate ambiguity in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
The Data Storyteller: You don't just report numbers; you provide insights. You are fluent in the metrics that drive the business.
The Communicator: Exceptional presentation skills. You can build trust with C-suite executives and external partners alike.
Mobility: Ability to travel as needed to support theater events and team meetings.
