Job description:
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Monitor residents and provide personal care as needed
- →Assist with hygiene routines, repositioning, and safety checks
- →Administer medications per care plans and maintain proper documentation
- →Respond to resident needs promptly and professionally
- →Collaborate with team members and communicate any concerns
- →Maintain accurate records and update care logs
- →Foster a respectful, supportive, and calm environment
Requirements
~1 min read- Prior caregiving experience (especially in memory care or assisted living) preferred
- Comfortable working independently
- Medication administration knowledge or willingness to learn
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Physically able to assist with mobility and resident transfers
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Must be dependable and compassionate
- 8 Hour Shifts
- Monday to Friday with rotating weekends
