👤 Who we’re looking for
Recent graduates, final-year students, or high-school graduates
Interest in logistics, economics, languages, law, international relations, supply chain
**No experience required** (internship/thesis in operations is a plus)

🧭 Selection process (clear and fast)
Here is exactly what to expect:
1) Interview #1 – Attitude-based screening
A short interview to get to know you: motivation, attitude, reasoning, and approach to problem solving.
2) Interview #2 – Italian language check + Learning Agility Assessment
We’ll assess Italian proficiency and administer the Learning Agility Assessment to understand your potential.
3) Final interview – Feedback + mutual alignment
We provide structured feedback and confirm mutual interest in proceeding.
🎓 1-month technical training + final Business Case
If successful, you will join a **1-month technical training** with practical exercises and coaching.
📌 The training ends with a **Business Case** (slides + executive summary) and a short final presentation (including Q&A).
This helps us assess your learning progress, accuracy, ownership, and communication in a concrete way.

📝 What we offer
A structured onboarding and training program (1 month)
**6-month fixed-term contract** for candidates successfully completing the program with the volunteer in proceeding with a permanent contract later
