PLANT MANAGER ( LIEPĀJA)

Lead, develop, and engage the organization (approx. 20 employees), ensuring clear local leadership, accountability, and stability in the daily operations

Ensure efficient and stable production with high quality standards and delivery performance

Drive continuous improvement in Lean, productivity, and cost efficiency

Be responsible for budget, financial results, and performance follow-up (P&L responsibility)

Proactively identify challenges, implement solutions, and follow up on actions and results

Stop production in the event of deviations or errors

Contribute to the development of processes, systems, and ways of working

Ensure compliance with laws, occupational health and safety requirements, and regulations

Develop collaboration between the Liepāja site and the rest of the Group while supporting future growth and development

Act as the company’s local representative

Several years of experience in a leadership position within manufacturing or industrial operations, experience working in an international environment is considered an advantage

Strong understanding of business management, finance and KPIs

Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Operational Excellence, or similar)

Excellent Latvian and good English language skills, both spoken and written (to ensure effective communication with headquarters)

Inspiring and engaging leader with a structured and decisive approach

Business-driven and results-oriented with a strong collaborative skill
