Reproducing reported issues in the Riga lab using IP cameras, servers, access control systems, video analytics tools and other relevant hardware or partner software.
Communicating with developers and QA engineers when a case requires deeper investigation, a workaround or a software fix.
Recommending suitable hardware, software or system configurations based on customer needs and project requirements.
Learning how large-scale video systems are designed, tested and maintained, including systems with many cameras, high data volumes and strict up-time requirements.
