Executive Overview
Cyara is seeking a General Manager, GTM (APAC) to lead and scale the region through its next phase of growth. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and serving as a key member of the broader leadership team, this executive will be responsible for driving commercial performance across Australia, New Zealand, and key Asian markets while ensuring strong alignment with Cyara’s global strategy.
This role carries broad responsibility for regional growth, customer retention, strategic partnerships, and organizational leadership. The General Manager will lead an existing regional team and will have the mandate and resources to build it further. The successful candidate will bring the ability to translate strategy into execution, build high performing teams, and create a disciplined operating environment that delivers sustainable and predictable results.
As Cyara continues to strengthen its position as the leader in customer experience assurance, the General Manager will play a critical role in expanding market presence, deepening customer relationships, and accelerating growth across the APAC region.

Develop and execute the APAC growth strategy, ensuring alignment with Cyara’s global objectives and long-term vision.

Identify and capitalize on opportunities across target industries, geographies, and customer segments to drive market expansion and increase regional market share.

Establish a disciplined operating cadence that enables effective planning, forecasting, performance management, and resource allocation across the region.

Own regional commercial performance, including new business acquisition, customer expansion, retention, and overall revenue growth.

Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Marketing leaders to drive pipeline generation, improve conversion rates, and strengthen customer outcomes.

Build and maintain executive relationships with strategic customers, ensuring Cyara remains a trusted partner to enterprise organizations throughout the customer lifecycle.

Drive accountability for customer retention and expansion by fostering strong customer engagement, value realization, and proactive risk management.

Expand Cyara’s presence within the regional partner ecosystem, including Global Systems Integrators, cloud providers, and strategic technology partners.

Develop and execute partnership strategies that increase market reach, accelerate pipeline creation, and contribute meaningful revenue growth.

Strengthen relationships across the broader CX, CCaaS, UCaaS, and conversational AI ecosystem to support Cyara’s strategic growth objectives.

Lead and develop a high performing regional organization spanning Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Strategic Alliances.

Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and operational excellence.

Build leadership capability across the organization through coaching, succession planning, talent development, and effective performance management.

Ensure the region is appropriately structured and resourced to achieve both near term objectives and long-term growth ambitions.

Serve as a key representative of the APAC business within Cyara’s leadership team.

Provide market intelligence, customer insights, competitive analysis, and regional perspectives that help inform corporate strategy, product direction, and investment priorities.

Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other global functions to ensure alignment and execution across the business.

Growing regional revenue through a balanced focus on new customer acquisition, customer retention, and expansion.

Establishing a consistent and predictable operating rhythm across the APAC business.

Increasing the contribution of strategic partnerships to pipeline and revenue generation.

Strengthening leadership capability and succession depth across the regional organization.

Expanding Cyara’s presence and reputation within key APAC markets and customer segments.

Proven experience leading enterprise go-to-market organizations, including 7 or more years in senior sales or commercial leadership roles within enterprise software, SaaS, or technology companies, with responsibility for regional growth, strategic partnerships, and executive customer engagement

Significant experience leading multi-country go-to-market teams across Asia Pacific.

A demonstrated track record of scaling recurring revenue businesses and delivering sustained commercial growth.

Experience balancing new customer acquisition with customer retention and expansion strategies.

Strong executive relationship management skills with enterprise and Global 2000 customers.

Experience operating within high growth and/or private equity-backed environments is highly desirable.

Familiarity with customer experience, contact center technologies, conversational AI, testing, DevOps, or adjacent enterprise software markets is preferred.

Enterprise CX transformation and AI adoption are accelerating across APAC, and Cyara is uniquely positioned to lead that shift as the category leader in AI powered CX assurance. This General Manager will be the person who makes it happen in the region.
This leader will be responsible for accelerating regional performance, strengthening customer outcomes, expanding strategic partnerships, and building an organization capable of delivering predictable, scalable growth. The General Manager will have a direct impact on Cyara’s ability to achieve its global ambitions and further establish its leadership position in customer experience assurance.
